Welcome to FAM! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FAM mobile app and website (the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using FAM, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

  • Music Sharing: If you post or share music (audio, video, lyrics), you must have the legal rights or permission to share it. Uploading copyrighted music without authorization is not allowed.

4. Music and Copyright Policy

  • FAM is for music discovery and social sharing—not unlicensed distribution.

  • You must have the rights or permission to share any music you post.

  • We comply with copyright laws, including the DMCA. We may remove content that infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Repeat copyright violations can lead to account suspension or termination.

5. Content Moderation and Removal

  • We may review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

  • We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor user content.

  • We may also provide tools that allow users to block or report other users to help maintain a safe environment.

8. Paid Features and Subscriptions

  • FAM may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future.

  • If you subscribe to paid features, you agree to pay all fees presented at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled according to the provided instructions.

  • Payment processing (including in-app purchases) may be handled through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.

9. App Store Terms

  • These Terms are between you and FAM only—not Apple.

  • Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.

  • Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app.

  • If the app fails to meet any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

  • You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
